"A wedding anniversary is the celebration of love, trust, partnership, tolerance and tenacity. The order varies for any given year." ~Paul Sweeney
Dear Jonathan,
I've been writing and re-writing this post in my head and on paper for almost a month now, and yet I still haven't found the words that accurately describe my love for you.
I've come to the conclusion that there is nothing more to say than I love you. Our love is more than anything I can write about; it's a feeling, a touch, an instinct, that can't be described. Loving you comes naturally for me. It's almost like our love and our hearts have known each other forever and since we met, they've melded into one.
Thank you for being my husband, my lover, my best friend, my family, my cheerleader, my rock and so much more. I'm so grateful to have you by my side as we walk through the journey of life together. You've made me the happiest girl in the world and I'm so proud to be your wife. I get excited just thinking of the years to come and what they hold for us. One year down, an eternity to go.
I love you,
Katie
