How Far Along: 14 weeks and 5 days
Weekly Fruit Comparison: A lemon (quite fitting, as I've been drinking a lot of lemonade lately!)

The Good: I'm feeling great and pretty normal actually, except that my pants are growing ever snug!
The Bad: I went running yesterday and my lower abs have been sore ever since. This is definitely a first, but I'm determined to stay in shape for my health, the baby's health and an easier labor and delivery. I'm still tired a lot, but that's getting much better now that I'm in the second trimester.
The Weird: If I've been laying down for an extended period of time then sit up, I get a weird sensation on my left side when I inhale. It kind of feels like I have fluid or a puncture in my lungs or something. It's incredibly difficult to describe, but my doctor didn't seem too concerned about it! It goes away almost immediately so I guess I can live with it!
Best Pregnancy Brain Moment: I've had my moments, but none from this week (that I can remember!).
Currently Craving/Avoiding: I've only had a few cravings in this pregnancy (chopped salad one day, a big, juicy cheeseburger the next) but nothing too weird. I really haven't had any food aversions either. Although a slice of cake would be quite tasty right now!
The Weekly Belly Bump: It's definitely there. The word at work has slowly been leaking out and I've had people say to me, "I thought I saw a mommy bump!" So other people are starting to notice too. They say you show earlier if you're slim to begin with, but my goodness, some days I feel much bigger than I should be. It's really rewarding to see it though. Jon adores it and grabs my belly all the time.
I'll take a picture when I get home tonight. As I said before, I've been terrible about taking pictures this time!

Okay, here's the bump! This was taken this morning (Friday, 4/16), just one day shy of 15 weeks so technically this isn't much of a 14 week shot but you get the idea. :) Also, excuse the poor iPhone quality...I was too lazy to pull out the DSLR.
